Rules and Regulations

• Franchise Salon Owners can nominate their franchisor for Franchisor of the Year.
• The winner of Franchisor of the Year must wait one year before entering this category again.
• All entrants must comply with the criteria laid out in this entry information.
• An entrant should be able to justify any facts or data detailed in their entry should this be requested by any judge.
• Any disqualifications are at the discretion of the judges but the entrant will be notified should there be a need for this to happen.
• Entrants to all categories apart from Rising Star and Front of House must be over 20 years of age and have all the necessary legal requirements to trade.
• Salon Business employees or their family members are not eligible to enter these awards.
• Any person found to be contacting any of the judges with the sole purpose of discussing their entry will be disqualified.
• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Closing date for entries is Tuesday March 15th 2011.
• Winners will be announced at the Awards dinner on Monday June 13th 2011 at The Dorchester.
• All winners and finalists may use the awards logo as promotional material.
  The year and category of this achievement must be made clear on any promotional activity.
