• How much does it cost to enter?
  There is no fee for entering.
• Do I have to be nominated to enter?
  The Rising Star category is by nomination only.
  Any franchise salon owner or franchisor is eligible to enter.
  Franchisors and Franchise Salon Owners are able to nominate each other for awards.
• Is my entry judged on how it looks?
  No, your entry is judged purely on its content.
• Can I get feedback on my entry?
  Yes, if you call ESP, a team member will go through the judges comments with you.
• Can I enter more than one category?
  Yes, you can enter as many categories as you wish, as long as you fulfill the required criteria.
• Will I be interviewed?
  In some categories, interviews will be necessary.
• Will I know in advance what questions will be asked at the interview?
  The judges will be interviewing you from your written entry, so it is important you are familiar with all your entry details.
  You will also be asked additional questions about finance and the general running of your salon or business.
  Part of the interview process is to discover your passion and motivation for your work.
  Franchisors may be asked to bring certain documentation.
• Can my entry be written by a PR company?
  You can either submit your entry yourself or you can get a PR company to write it for you.
  If you are using a PR company ensure that you provide them with all the relevant information for each specific category entry.
